Jennifer Lopez has said "auf Wiedersehen" to Project Runway.

After agreeing to judge the Bravo hit's upcoming finale, she has dropped out due to a foot injury, Heidi Klum announced at Friday's Project Runway fashion show in New York City.

Mentor Tim Gunn will fill in and vowed to be unbiased.

Runway stars were hesitant to confirm Lopez's guest judging stint, even after Usmagazine.com broke the news Monday. (She was to tape her spot today, a source told Us.)

"Is she coming on? I don't know about that," Klum told Us at a fete for Nina Garcia this week. "Every season we have more and more celebrities coming on the show as judges. But I can't really tell you who - it ruins the surprise!"

If they ever got desperate Klum says her husband Seal would be open to judging.

"Maybe," she told Us at Michael Kors' fashion show earlier this week. "I think he has more style than me, that’s for sure. I changed my style after I met him to keep up with him. He’s very fashionable."

Jennifer Lopez finds triathlon inspiration on TV

Jennifer Lopez found inspiration for her post-baby triathlon goal while flicking through the channels on TV while she was pregnant.

The singer/actress was “laid out like a beached whale” when she stumbled across a televised triathlon - and decided that would be a great achievement for a mother of twins.

She tells Self magazine, “I thought, ‘What can I do to make my babies proud?’ I think about what they’ll think about the year they were born: who I was and what I did. It’s important to me to set examples for them. I want to lead with my life. I want to say, ‘You should do this because I’ve done it, and I know it makes you a better person and it makes you feel great and sleep better and be happier.’”

Lopez insists her triathlon goal has really helped her get back into shape after giving birth to babies Emme and Max in February - with the help of longtime trainer Gunnar Peterson.

She adds, “Working out and getting back into shape isn’t exciting to me but training for a triathlon is. There’s a goal at the end of it, something to reach for.”

Lopez plans to compete in her first triathlon - a marathon of running, swimming and cycling - later this year.

Jennifer Lopez performed for the first time since welcoming twins Max and Emme ... at an elementary school.

The new mom, 38, sang "Let's Get Loud" for a group of eight 10- and 11-year-olds at their graduation ceremony Tuesday, the Associated Press reports.

Students at PS 37 school for autistic children in Staten Island, New York, became obsessed with the Lopez tune after their teacher showed them the video.

They wanted to watch it every day, teacher Kathy Amati told a local paper. Eventually, they learned the lyrics and the dance moves from the video.

They wrote letters to Lopez for an autograph.

"From the minute we wrote the letters, they just automatically thought she would come," Ms. Amati said.

A response from the singer came Tuesday: One of her reps called, wanting to know the time of the graduation ceremony because Lopez wanted to attend.

Jennifer Lopez’s mom is staying with her and helping with the twins

Last week, Marc Anthony called into a radio show and talked about how he and his mega rich wife, Jennifer Lopez, are caring for their three-month-old twins, Max and Emme, without the help of nannies, butlers, or even anyone else. He said “It’s just us… we’re figuring it out and having a great time.” He also talked about how he was assigned overnight duty with the twins and that his shift is from 10pm to 8am. Maybe by “us,” Anthony meant his mother-in-law too, because she’s been staying in the couple’s mansion on Long Island and helping out:

The In Touch article came out late last week, and was published ahead of Marc’s interview, so if it’s accurate his mother in law was already living with them at that point.

Grandmothers love taking care of their grandchildren and it’s not like it’s a hardship for Guadalupe to live in luxury and watch her daughter’s adorable babies. Anthony wasn’t being entirely truthful when he said “it’s just us,” though. They surely have a maid along with J.Lo’s mom to care for their children and allow them time to go out alone. Many families have that arrangement, but they also acknowledge it by telling friends that their mother is living with them. They don’t have a public image to consider, though.

Lopez and Anthony were recently spotted at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ housewarming party in Beverly Hills. I wonder if they brought the babies with them or left them with grandma.

J.Lo Is A Hands-On Mommy

You can’t criticize Jennifer Lopez for having nannies taking care of her kids while she goes out because she doesn’t have a nanny. J.Lo really wants to be a full-time mom for at least a year.

Lopez and Anthony did have a nanny when the twins were born, but the nanny quit. The couple has decided not to replace the nanny and take care of the kids by themselves.

"They both told their managers that the next year would be all about family." It is gonna be all about family when Anthony goes on tour next month because he’s planning on taking Jennifer and the twins with him.

It sounds so unlikely for Jennifer Lopez out of all celebrities to not have a nanny on hand. She does have the diva reputation but maybe she’s really turned over a new leaf with motherhood.

Jennifer Lopez is knocking down reports she's had a health scare during her pregnancy forcing her to cut back on touring.

"Despite erroneous reports of Jennifer Lopez having difficulties with her pregnancy, we are happy to confirm she is very healthy and continuing with her schedule as planned," her rep tells PEOPLE.

Lopez, 38, finally confirmed her pregnancy on Nov. 7 during a Miami stop on her El Cantante Tour with husband Marc Anthony, telling the crowd: "Marc and I are expecting a baby!"

Jennifer Lopez has not officially confirmed that she is pregnant, but she's getting good wishes from ex-husband Cris Judd nonetheless.

"I only wish her the best, I always have," Judd told PEOPLE at the 11th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala in Beverly Hills on Monday. "She's always wanted to be a mother, and now she's going to be. I couldn't be any happier for her."

Judd, 38, added about Lopez's future child: "I can't wait to see him."

While Lopez remains mum on the topic of her bump as she tours, Judd appears in La Noir, a film that is part of the Hollywood Film Festival.

Lopez and Judd were married in 2001 and split the following year.
